The Brendo Automatic Tent and Awning Washing Machine is an industrial washing system developed for the professional, controlled, and standardized cleaning of tent and awning fabrics. Thanks to its wide working area, large-scale awnings can be washed in a single piece, reducing the processing time.
The machine grips the awning fabric with a special clip system and winds it around the cylinder. During the initial winding, it automatically measures the fabric length and manages the subsequent washing processes according to this measurement. Passing between two cylindrical brushes, the fabric is washed with adjustable speed and controlled water pressure. When detergent washing is preferred, the specified amount is applied automatically via the digital panel.
After the washing process is completed, rinsing is performed with the same brush system, and the fabric is cleared of moisture with high-flow air thanks to the drying channels located in the upper section. In this way, the awning fabric is cleaned without leaving any stain residues or causing surface hardening.
